Presidential Comment (FYI)
The President noted on page 15 of today's News Summary that
John Lindsay has begun to switch his budgetary priorities from
things "environmental" to the police, the courts, and the firemen.
The comment which was made -- and directed to you -- was to the
effect that even Lindsay is beginning to learn now what issues have
appeal.
