MR. CHAPIN
Remember one time on Valentine's day in 1969
I borrowed a bracelet with Presidential seal
from Mr. Hopkins and the President gave it to
Tricia or Julia. At the time, we thought we
could replace it, but later I found they were
no longer available.
I'm still in debt to Mr. Hopkins and he hasn't
mentioned it except once. Would it be all right
to give him one of the President's ? I'm sure
Mrs. Hopkins would never wear it down here
or use it inappropriately. What do you think?
