CHARLES COLSON
I interviewed Jim Scearce, resume attached, for the labor
job at 1701. Bell thinks he would be excellent; I think he's
mediocre, but we sure haven't had much success in coming
up with anyone else. I am probably prejudiced because I
would love a Peter Brennan-type and I can't find one. In
view of the urgency of filling this position, perhaps you should
look at him to see if I am being overly critical. He didn't
have much feel of what needed to be done in the job which
also cooled me off a bit.
