FOR BILL TIMMONS
I was entirely satisfied with Wackenhut's performance
at the '68 Convention. At the same time, it is a para-
military and hard line right-wing outfit, If Dick Herman
decides to use them there should be some very clear
and plain understandings about who gives them their
instructions in order that we do not get bad pulitical
results because of oversealousness.
