Evidently he has been cut out of everything in the President's re-election effort and is very upset, He has indicated that he knows a lot about the 1968 campaign and has indicated that he will "talk". Not having been around for that campaign, I am unable to judge the value of his implied threats. John asked that I pass this information along for whatever action you deem appropriate, Attached is a memo John sent to Clark MacGregor in July on this same subject . we have heard nothing. Tod R. Hullia EYES ONLY ch September 12, 1972 FOR JOHN CAMPBELL During the President's recent trip to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, be made an unscheduled visit to a church where a young couple was being married. During the visit he hit Ehrlichman for $20 to drop in the poor box. Your ideas as to how Mr. Ehrlichman can be reim- bursed for this unexpected drain on his finances would be most appreciated. Tod R. Hullin
