THE WHITE HOUSE
WASHINGTON
May 11, 1971
MRS. HALDEMAN:
Naome Nover, who previously wrote
for the Denver Post and most recently
for McClatchey Papers called to request
an interview with you in your home. She
said it would be a very personal interview
involving your interests, hobbies, etc., and
would entail about 1 to 1-1/2 hours of your
time.
Recommendation: That you not see
Mrs. Nover.
Reason: A delightful lady, but likes to
chit chat a lot and sometimes doesn't get
around to the interview properly and has
to call back, etc., etc. Mr. Ziegler in
the Press Office questioned whether it
would be productive time spent.
Schedule me to see
Miss Nover on
at
.
I won't do the interview
