MEMORANDUM FOR: MR. KEOGH
I discussed your proposals for the "Great Comeback" project with
the President, and he feels that either O'Brien or Hart would be
satisfactory. He does not feel Thimmesch is the answer. He
recognizes pluses and minuses of both of the two he has approved,
and thinks either one of them would be very good.
