ACTION MEMO
I need to follow up with Chapin on the question of Ed Cox'
schedule.
Dave Parker's ideas are bad in that they are all related to his
handling Domestic Council issues.
Cox instead, should work the suburbanite elites in Pennsylvania,
New York, Ohio, Illinois, and California. He should hit upper
class colleges where his arrogance will be an asset.
He should not be used in middle America.
We need a plan to go to the President as soon as possible. Ken
Rietz should be consulted on this.
