TALKING PAPER FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
Re: Dick Richards
What should we do with Dick Richards? Dent believes he
would make an excellent evangelical salesman for the President.
Apparently Tom Evans is pressing to have Richards taken off
the RNC payroll.
Are you still of the opinion that there is no place for him
at Citizens? Would you have confidence in Richards if he
were there?
Age the only choices sending him back to Utah or putting
him on the White House Staff?
