MEMORANDUM FOR:
CLARK MacGREGOR
FROM:
H. R. HALDEMAN
The President wants Tricia to do an appearance in Maine
for Margaret Chase Smith, If Senator Smith would like
that, Apparently it came up at the dinner at the White
House the other night.
He suggests that you talk to Senator Smith and work out
something with her as to what she would like Tricia to do
and then you should work with Dave Parker to set up the
actual arrangements.
