I realize things are "hopping" with you right now and
certainly hope we can be of assistance.

Dear Mr. Strachan:
This will confirm my telephone conversation with your
secretary on January 7, 1972. Mr. John H. Kofron, Senior
Vice President of the Chilton Company and Director of
Chilton Research Services, and myself will meet with you in
your office at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, January 17, 1972. We
will be traveling to Washington that morning and checking
into the Hay-Adams Hotel. A message would reach us either
through our office in Philadelphia or with the Hay-Adams
Hotel.
Mr. Kofron and I would like to review with you our
capabilities and experience in conducting political surveys
and discuss your plans for 1972.
