MEMORANDUM FOR: MR. KLEIN
The President noted that Jerry Ter Horst had a very good piece
on Rita Hauser and he urges that you try to find a way to get this
out.
The question arises of whether you can use public money and your
office to disseminate this kind of thing, and some thought should be
given to this.
You also should talk it over with Murray Chotiner because it is
quite probable that some, if not all, of this kind of activity will have
to be handled by the National Committee rather than out of your
office.
