In the next two weeks White House staff friends of Richard McCormack (formerly of W.H. Staff) may try to elicit a statement undercutting the President's continued high regard for Congressman Al Johnson of Pennsylvania (see attached). In view of Al's very high support index on key votes (90%), I would hope we will do nothing to further Dick McCormack's ambitions, inasmuch as he already has left the impression during the current primary campaign that he sits at the President's right hand.
