It will simply be too obvious a way to try to get into the sale transaction. I think the better approach is to arrange that we go up to Capistrano for the swallow ceremony, if possible, or for some other pretext and then stop at San Clemente on the way back and put the matter a little more directly. I think we should stay at some good motel-hotel operation in the La Jolla area if one is available. There wi 11 be pressures to go back to Mission Bay which, on balance, I think we should resist, although I would not mind that either. Check the thing out with Harutunian and then follow his advice if you think it is advisable.
