Redords
FROM:
Rose Mary Woods
Since Mrs. Dirksen and the Kriegsman's
were most interested in this painting it seems to me that a letter
should have been prepared for Mrs. Nixon's signature and marked
PERSONAL. Since that was not done at least I feel there should
have been some mention in the letter prepared for Lucy Winchester's
signature that the painting was one of Mrs. Nixon rather than just
"a painting. "
However - it is too late for all of that but I would
like one of you to prepare a letter to Mrs. Dirksen explaining this
matter and putting her mind at ease as to the fact that the pict ure was
not lost. This is not going to satisfy Mrs. Dirksen or probably the
Kriegsmans but let's at least try to keep Mrs. Dirksen happy.
THANKS.
