C. Dear Bob, Now that I have rebuilt my business, I felt I could make a more fair observation and pass it on to you. First, I want you to know I am not looking for help and I support President Nixon today as strong as I did in 1960 and 1968. Second, I was a volunteer for the campaign only and I couldn't work for the government - win, lose or draw - as I was head of my own corporation and had made a promise to my employees I would return after the campaign. Since the campaign. there have been several things that have come to my attention. There was the change at the Republican National Committee and the doors seemed to close to my firm. RNC had been a client for years. I tried to get appointments in your communications and broadcast area to no avail. Then I see dedicated Republicans and friends lose their jobs. This hurt me more than all the doors to all the Republicans closing for with my talents I can open other doors but I can't help my friends. I bring these things to your attention so that people who come behind me will not see the same results. I would have been much more able to express my views on a personal basis but I know your time is extremely limited. Best wishes, Ed McDaniel
