Telegram to Mr. E. Earl Hawks
Latter Day Saint Hospital
Salt Lake City, Utah
Will you please send Mr. Hawks a telegram from the President. He
is publisher of the Deseret News -- the official Newspaper of the
Mormon Church and one of the largest dailies in the intermountain
area. He is extremely ill and a telegram of this nature will be well
received by his family, church leaders, and the public who admire him.
Mr. Hawks is an ardent Republican and strong supporter of the
President's.
