This whole subject will be covered in the meeting we discussed -- hopefully this week. There is, however, one point that needs clarification -- this is the note found at the bottom of the flyer that indicates that it is a political advertisement and published and paid for by the Finance Committee. I'm not sure of the legal technicalities on something like this but assume that under the new reporting law everything of this nature has to have some in- dication of who paid for it. This should obviously not be the White House but rather the local Committee or the Finance Committee. I'm sure that the advanceman should receive clarification on this also and would appreciate it if you would check with your legal people and let us know at the meeting on expenses. Thank you.
