BROWN III The wire reports for September 19th, noted that Herb Klein arrived to rally Republican votes for the November elections from American communities in five nations of Europe. HALDEMAN The February 11 News Summary reported that Congressman Conyers said growing strength of a black-led political party in Alabama is causing Wallace to delay announcing his candidacy for Governor. The professional Negro radicals simply can't be for us any more than the white radicals can be for us. Just as we are trying to appeal to our own constituency among the whites, we should remember that there is a similar constituency, although eminently smaller, among Negroes.
