ADMINISTRATIVELY CONFIDENTIAL
MEMORANDUM FOR:
H. R. HALDEMAN
FROM:
BRUCE KEHRLI BAL
SUBJECT:
Article by Ed Nixon
Attached is a draft of an article to be signed by
Ed Nixon entitled "I Remember Dick". This is scheduled
to run in PAGEANT MAGAZINE, November issue.
Ray Price reviewed it prior to forwarding it to the
magazine for printing. Ray didn't want to both the
President with it as he would probably spend more
time than it was worth playing around with the wording.
I found out about it through Price's assistant and
asked for a copy. It arrived after the magazine had
already started printing the article, however, it
can be pulled out of the publication.
Suggest you review it as it contains some very
personal anecdotes. You may or may not want to
cover it with the President. Please let me know.
