He had been unable to reach Fielding and Garment and wanted me to give him some advice. I indicated that I didn't have any background on it and that he should contact Fielding or Garment. He reiterated that he had tried to no avail. I told him that I would have Garment get back to him and then tried to reach Fielding, Garment and finally got Doug Parker who agreed to call him back. About an hour later I received a call from Art saying that he felt Parker was incompetent and didn't have confidence in his advice. I told him to hold off giving any information until Fielding got back to him.
