He had been unable to reach\nFielding and Garment and wanted me to give him some advice.\nI indicated that I didn't have any background on it and\nthat he should contact Fielding or Garment. He reiterated\nthat he had tried to no avail.\nI told him that I would have Garment get back to him and\nthen tried to reach Fielding, Garment and finally got\nDoug Parker who agreed to call him back.\nAbout an hour later I received a call from Art saying\nthat he felt Parker was incompetent and didn't have\nconfidence in his advice. I told him to hold off giving\nany information until Fielding got back to him."
