To find out if the President wants Senator Prouty Winston
to seek re-election.

BACKGROUND
Senator Prouty does not want to run for re-election unless
the President wants him to. Chotiner and Colson have some
information from Prouty which may bear on the President's
decision. They have told Prouty that they will discuss this
matter personally with the President.

Schedule appointment for Chotiner and Colson
Have them send memorandum to the President
