Depart El Toro for Laughlin Air Force Base,
Del Rio, Texas.

Arrive Laughlin Air Force Base.

- Military Cordon Honors.
- Proceed directly to helicopter.
1:00 p.m.
Helicopter departs for the Amistad Dam site.
1:20 p.m.
Arrive Amistad Dam and proceed by motorcade
to the top of Dam.
1:25 p.m.
Arrive at the top of the Dam. Ambassador Mosbacher
will escort the party to the center of the Dam where
he will introduce the Party to President Ordaz.
1:30 p.m.
Proceed to the dedication platform for the ceremony.
