Met by Secretary and Mrs. Rogers.
Elevator to 8th floor. Met by Ambassador Mosbacher
and Michael Collins.

Announced at entrance to Benjamin Franklin Room.
You and Mrs. Nixon, Secretary and Mrs. Rogers proceed
to platform and stand-up microphone.
7:08 p.m.
Secretary Rogers makes brief welcoming remarks.
7:10 p.m.
You deliver brief informal remarks.
