THE PRESIDENT:
BACKGROUND
Mark Spitz of the University of Indiana, is one of today's best-known
collegiate swimmers. Over the past 2 or 3 years he has broken a
number of American and world records. On Friday, March 31, he
will receive the Sullivan Award which is given annually by the AAU to
the best amateur athlete of the year. The presentation will be made at
an Awards Banquet in Arden Hills, California. A taped message of your
congratulatory remarks will be played publicly and will highlight the
presentation.
SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
12:20 p.m.
You proceed to your private office where
the recording equipment will be set up.
You record the message of approximately
one minute in duration.
