Reception Room and will be escorted to the East Room for
cocktails

You and Mrs. Nixon proceed to the State Floor
by elevator
Vice President and Mrs. Agnew join you in
the Grand Hall just outside the Red Room
pause for
Ruffles and Flourishes and announcement
enter East
Room as "Hail to the Chief" is played. Colors will be pre-
positioned in the East Room.

You, Mrs. Nixon, Vice President and Mrs. Agnew receive
guests from a position just inside the entrance to the East
Room.
Dinner:

At the conclusion of the receiving line, you, Mrs. Nixon and
the Agnews follow guests into State Dining Room.

Army Chorus will sing during dessert
As the dinner draws to a close, you will rise and make
remarks
Secretary Rogers will respond to your remarks
