(Short and long versions) Tab D: Proposed T.V. speech for Option II. Tab E: Views of those who took part in the discussion of these options. Tab F: Views of Cabinet members who have Run responded to your request for statements. Tab G: The fiscal program recently adopted by the German Government, to which Arthur Burns especially wanted to call your attention. Tab H: A "pro" and "con" paper on the freeze- strong controls option. The "cons" particularly suggest the nature of problems to be overcome should this option be chosen.
