SUBJECT:
Presidential Letters on Disengagement to
President Sadat and Prime Minister Meir
Attached are the signed originals of the Presidential letters
on disengagement to President Sadat and Prime Minister Meir.
The disengagement proposals attached to two of the letters
have, of course, already been signed by Sadat and Meir and
they should not be asked to sign them again. Will you please
make sure that some sort of cautionary instruction goes to
whoever delivers the letters so that he does not think the
attachments require signature.
