MR. RAY PRICE

SUBJECT:
Presidential Letter
The October 25 News Summary contained the following note:
-- AP leads: "VP Agnew startled a campus audience
by literally blowing the whistle on a lone dissenter,
then got something of a surprise himself while fly-
ing on to Utah"
when lightening struck his plane.
No damage. --
Referring to the above, it was requested that a letter be sent
to the Vice President, complimenting him on his "excellent
heckler handling. 11
Please forward the letter ready for signature to the Office of
the Staff Secretary by October 27.
