this shouldn't be done in Carr's case
Tower was subpoenaed to bring
court records re: July '71 meeting w/Admin officials. Senate passed
resolution letting Tower appear only when it's not in session
Mitchell said there were 2 WH meetings attended by RN to discuss
Wilson's involvement w/Sharp. He said there was concern that
"justice must be kept free from any essence of scandal. 11 He said
he had admiration for Wilson and believes in his integrity. But,
after 2nd WH meeting, Wilson resigned.
