MEMORANDUM TO THE PRESIDENT
FROM:
Patrick J. Buchanan
Ruckelshaus tells my man that in a "day or two" the Government
intends to announce that along with Auto industry, Government
has produced a "stratified charge engine" that meets all the anit-
pollution standards.
Was RN aware of this; and if not, does he wish to announce this
himself in the Detroit a and A -- or should Griffin be brought in
on this?
