the Information Media program, may I ask whether the
appointment of Judge Irving Kaufman to the Circuit Court
has been consummated?
At the time of our conversation of some time
ago the appointment seemed imminent. In the interim
I have wondered if there is anything I could do to help
conclude the matter.
