Dear Mr. Ingram:
This letter is to confirm the details of your participation
as a special speaker at the General Assembly of the Southern
California Association of Governments to be held at the
Sheraton-Universal Hotel, Universal City (Los Angeles),
California, on February 15, 1973 at 2:00 PM.
The general objective of the session at which you will speak,
is to acquaint the elected officials of the region with some
of the issues and decisions which will be before them con-
cerning transportation for the future. Your views on the
issues associated with the movement of goods and/or discussions
of Amtrak, or new forms of interregional high speed ground
transportation, would be very informative.
I am enclosing a copy of the tentative schedule for the after-
noon of the meeting; as you can see, it is quite full. Could
you please plan your remarks to be about 15 minutes in length.
I want to thank you for agreeing to participate in this program.
Please contact me if you have any questions or if I can be of
assistance during your visit.
Sincerely
W.O. acbermann Jr.
