Attached for your approval and signature is the nomination document
for John W. Ingram, of Illinois, to be Administrator of the Federal
Railroad Administration, Department of Transportation vice Reginald
Whitman, resigned.
Mr. Ingram is currently Vice President of Marketing, Illinois Central
Railroad, Chicago, Illinois. He has also served in psoitions with
the Southern Railroad and the New York Central Railroad.
