Dear Mr. Dalmas:
Thank you very much for your mailgram.
Let me briefly respond. We, too,
support the utmost in health considera-
tions in the clean air and clean water
acts. While we are reviewing the regu-
lations to get rid of some that are
unnecessary and effective we have set
as our pattern that all the regulations
must be judged on the basis of their
contribution to our health. Thank you
for giving me the opportunity to comment.

intentions.
