now have a full enlistment with a waiting bit. But
we also have penality - highest level of average on above
intelligence wive ever had; highest percent of high
school graduates who 8 up ; highest re-ealistment rate.
We have as many enlistees as me would require in
a diept ser as you were haping we are already helping
in reducing unemployment by about 2 inst. are more young
