Dear Jean and Arnold:
Thanks very much for your letter and for
the photograph. I've never had that pic-
ture and am delighted to have it and to
add it to our family album. Thanks, too,
for your warm Thanksgiving message. Above
all, I hope you realize how much it means
to me to have your prayers.
Things do get bogged down or delayed in
the bureaucratic processes back here. I'm
starting a hunt for the things you say were
delivered in San Diego. I have no doubt
they are making their way toward me -- I'll
hurry the process.
As for the underwater photos, if it isn't
too much of a chore, maybe you could send
duplicates as you suggested in case my
search doesn't turn them up. Send them
atten
to the White House in care of Kathy Osborne
