SUBJECT:
Briefing Points for Meeting of the
President with Irish Ambassador Donlon
(March 17)
In connection with the possible meeting of the President with
the Irish Ambassador on St. Patrick's Day, request State
provide briefing points and background information.
Please include in the briefing points three or four "ice-
breaking" questions for the President's use at the outset
of the meeting. This material should be received in the
NSC by no later than close of business March 13.
