Additional Information on Tomorrow's
Lunch with the Irish
In addition to the package we earlier sent you in preparation
for the President's lunch at the Irish Embassy tomorrow, I
provide some follow-up info from State (Tab II) I have
boiled the essentials into a short memo (Tab I) which you may
want to share with the President (it could be appended as an
additional tab if the earlier package has not yet gone forward).
RECOMMENDATION:
That you sign the memo to the President at Tab I.
