Butler, County Clerk, and Clerk of the Superior\nCourt of the State of California, in and for the County of San Diego:\nSir:- I hereby apply to you for a certified copy of the Decree of\nSTATE OF California,\nsaid Court admitting me, Lewis Weller, to Citizenship, and hereby\nsubmit to you, under oath, the following, showing the purpose and\nCOUNTY OF SAN DIEGO.\nreason for such copy, to wit:-\nCRUDS\nB\nE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 20% day of Augusts\nLewis Weller, being first duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is\nin the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty- Eight\nthe identical person, who on the\nday of\nFermany\nAdam Wrigand\nformerly of\nwas admitted to Citizenship by Decree of the Superior Court of the\n6\n.\n-in-the\nState of California, in and for the County of San Diego; that he\neA\nat present of the State of California aforesaid, appeared in the SUPERIOR COURT of the\ndesires a certified copy of said Decree; that the only use he will\nCounty of San Diego, the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law jurisdic-\nmake of such copy is to file same with an application this day made\ntion, and a Clerk and Seal, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become\nby him to the Land Office of the United States at Los Angeles, Cali-\nA Citizen of the United States of America,\nfornia to offer for sale isolated tracts of land, to wit:- the lots\npursuant to the directions and requisitions of the Act of Congress of the United States of\n1, 2, and 3 in Section 15, T. 13 S., R. 3 W. S.B.M.\nAmerica, entitled \"aln Act to establish a Uniform Rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me\nSeatris Near\nActs heretofore passed on that subject,\" and of the several Acts in relation thereto.\nthis November 18th. 1911.\nand the Said adam Mugand\nH. T. Christian\nhaving thereupon\nUnited States Commi ssioner\nSouthern District of Cali-\nproduced to the Court such evidence, made such declaration and renunciation, and taken such\nfornia.\noaths as are bij the said Acts required : Thereupon it was ordered by the said Superior Court\nof San\nbe admitted, was to be a Citizen the United\nDiego and County he that accordingly the said admitted Adamelligant by said Court of\nStates of America.\nIn Testimony Whereaf, the Seal of said Court is hereunto affixed this 20\nday Eight of Hundred aug and Bighty- Eight in the year and in of the year Lord of One our Thousand Indepen-\nour\ndence the One Hundred and shuteenth\nPer Curiam :\nJonoage Olerk.\ngit By as Deputy\nSAN DIEGO TITLE INSURANCE.
