upon behalf of the afore-named applicant Anders Guestaf Erikson
being first duly sworn, each for
hiniself, and not one for the other, deposes and says: I am a citizen of the United States of America, and am well acquainted with
anders Gustaf Erekson
the applicant fore-named; that said applicant has resided within the
United States coutintrously for at least five years last past, and has resided within the State of California for the year preceding
his application hereinbefore set forth. That dusing the three years of bis minority, seid applicante resided within the United
States and that for the twe yeare last past has been his bomt fide iutention become citimen of the United States of America.
That during all the time of my acquaintance with said applicant, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to
the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. I do fur-
ther solemnly swear that to the best of my knowledge, information and belief the said Understuntafination
does not disbeliere in, nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of, or affiliated with any organization
entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or teach the duty,
necessity or proprièty of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers
generally of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character:
and that he has not at\any time violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled "An Act

the State of California for the last year, and that during all said time he has behaved as a man of good moral character,
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
And it further appearing to the Court from the affidavit of said applicant) and the affidavits of said witnesses (all of which
affidavits are on file and of record in this Court), that the said
is-not a person who disbelieves in or who is opposed to all organized government that he is not a member of, or affiliated with
any organization entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or
