said Court to be admitted a Citizen of the United States of America, pursuant to the Acts of Congress in relation thereto. And the
appeared in said Court and applied to

exhibited to Declaration of intention to of the United
states of america made before the blank of the Superior bourt of saw Francisco
County, balifornia, made march 1885,
and having proven to the satisfaction of the Court by the oaths of his witnesses,

and E.M. Drrick
citizens of the United States of America, his residence within the United States for the last five years, and his residence within
the State of California for the last year, and that during all said time he has behaved as a man of good moral character,
attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
And it further appearing to the Court from the affidavit of said applicant, and the affidavits of said witnesses (all of which
affidavits are on file and of record in this Court), that the said Louis bothent
is not person who disbelieves in or who is opposed to all organized government; that he is not a member of, or affiliated with
any organization entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate
teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assanlting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or
or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official
character; and that he has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled 'An
to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States."

is entitled to be made a Citizen of the United States; and he having on öath then declared, before said Court, that he will support
the Constitution of the United States of America, and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and
fidelity to every foreigu Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and particularly to the Pepublicof theue
Whereupon It is Ordered by the Court that the said houis b athent
be admitted, and he is hereby adjudged and declared to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
