    "ocrText": "Affidavits of Witnesses in Support of the Foregoing Petition.\nThousan Hillay\nand Frand Martic Burguau\nwitnesses\nupon behalf of the afore-named applicant Brick Thayer\nbeing first duly sworn, each for\nhimself, and not one for the other, deposes and says: I am a citizen of the Uuited States of America, and am well acquainted with\nBlace Brock Thayer\nthe applicant afore-named; that said applicant has resided within the\nUnited States continuously for at least five years last past, and has resided within the State of California for the year preceding\nhis application hereinbefore set forth. That during the last three years of his minority, said applicant resided within the United\nStates, and that for the two years last past it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States of America.\nThat during all the time of my acquaintance with said applicant, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to\nthe principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and bappiness of the same. I\ndo\nfur-\nther solemnly swear that to the best of my knowledge, information and belief the said Isaac Brack thayer\ndoes not disbelieve in, nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of, or affiliated with any organization\nentertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or teach the duty,\nnecessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers\ngenerally of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character:\nand that he has not at any time violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled \"An Act\nto regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States.\" So help me God.\nThomas Willary\nResidence 8404 st San Digabal\nGrank Abbartin Burgman\nResidence ber Sudia f Wafer sts, Balif\nSubscribed and sworn to before me, this\nFranka Salmous\n30th day of august A. D. 1905, being a session day\nof said\nCourt, Isaac Brock Thayer\nan alien, a native of banada\nand late a subject of the King of Great Britain\nappeared in said Court and applied to\nsaid Court to be admitted a Citizen of the UWited States of America, pursuant to the Acts of Congress in relation thereto. And the\nsaid Isaac Brock Thajer\nhaving then and there\nexhibited to the beurt a certified copy of his declaration of intention to become a\ncitizen of the United states of aurerica madein the District bourt of the beunity of\nHolt, State of nebracka, out the 29th day of June, a. D. 1893,\nand having proved to the satisfaction of the Court by the oaths of his witnesses,\ncitizens of the United States of America, his residence within the United States for the last five years, and his residence within\nThomas Millacy\nand Frank Martin Burgman\nthe State of California for the last year, and that during all said time he has behaved as a man of good moral character,\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nAnd it further appearing to the Court from the affidavit of said applicant, and the affidavits of said witnesses (all of which\naffidavits are on file and of record in this Court), that the said Isaac Brock Thayer\nis not a person who disbelieves in or who is opposed to all organized goverimieut; that he is not a member of, or affiliated with\nany organization entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or\nteach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals\nor of officers generally, of the Government of the Uuited States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official\ncharacter; and that he has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled \"An Act\nto regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States.\"\nis\nentitled to be made a Citizen of the United States; and he having on oath-then declared, before said Court, that he will\nAnd it appearing to the Court from the evidence adduced, that the said Isaac Bever Theyer\nsupport\nthe Constitution of the United States of America, and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and\nfidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Edward VII, Kung of greatrition\nWhereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the said Isaac Bruck Thayer\nbe admitted, and he is hereby adjudged and declared to be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nIn open Court:\nFiled and Entered\nA.
