    "ocrText": "Affidavits of Witnesses in Support of the Foregoing Retition.\nmares Bennie\nand Ramon Deampo\nwitnestes\nhimself, upon behalf and of not the one afore-named for the applicant being first duly sworn,\neach for\nother, deposes I'am a citizen of the United States of America, and am well acquainted with\nygnacis Valenguela\nthe applicant fore-named; that said applicant has resided within the\nhis application hereinbefore set forth. That during the last three years of his minority, said applicant resided within the United\nUnited States continuously for at least five years last past, and has resided within the State of California for the year preceding\nThat during all the time of my acquaintance with said applicant, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached\nStates, and that for the two years last past it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States of America,\nthe principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. I do fur. to\ndoes ther solemuly not disbelieve swear in, that nor to is the he best of my to knowledge, all information and belief the said Valenjuela\nentertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or teach organization the duty,\nopposed organized government, nor is he a meurber of, or affiliated with avy\nnecessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, :either of specific individuals or of\ngenerally of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character: officers\nand that he has not at any time violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled \"An Act\nto regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States.\" So help me God.\nMarch Benner\nRormon Ocampin\nResidence 541-5th St., saw Diego, balif,\nResidence Vista, saw Diegoles, balif\nSubscribed and sworn to before me, this\nto\n20th day of. Buchavan Defuity blerk.\nRecord of Naturalization.\nIn the Superior Court, in and for the County of San Diego, State of California.\nIn the Matter of the Naturalization\nof\nygnacio Valenzuela\nBe it Remembered, that on the 20th day of March\nA. D. 1906, being a session day\nof said Court, yguaciolaterguels\n, an alien, a native of. the mexico\nand late a subject of the Refunblic of mexico\nsaid Court to be admitted a Citízen of the United States of America, pursuant to the Acts of Congress in relation thereto. And the\nLappeared in said Court and applied to\nsaid yguacis Valenzuela\nhaving then and there\nexhibited to the bourt a certified why of his declaration of intention to because a\ncitizen of the United States of america made in the Superior bourt of the\nbounty 1898, of SauDDiego, State of balifornia on the 22nd day of September, a D.\nmarco Bennis\nand having proven to the satisfaction of the Court by the oaths of his witnesses,\ncitizens of the United States of America, his residence within the United States for the last five years, and his residence within\nand Ramou Deampio\nthe State of California for the last year, and that during all said time he has behaved as a man of good noral character,\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nAnd it further appearing to the Court from the affidavit of said applicant, and the affidavits of said witnesses (all of which\nis affidavits are on who file and disbelieves of record in this Court), that the said ygnacio Valuenjula\nnot a person in or who is opposed to all organized governueut; that he is not a hrember of, or affiliated\nwith\nany organization entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or\nteach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals\nor of officers generally, of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official\ncharacter; and that he has not violated any of the provisious of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled An Act\nto regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States.\"\nis\nentitled to a Citizen of the United States; and he having on oath the /declared, before said Court that he will\nAnd it be appearing made to the Court from the evidence adduced, that the said yguacis Valenguela\nthe Constitution of the United States of America, and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance support and\nfidelity\nto every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and particularly to the Refunlic of Mexico\nbe admitted, hereby adjudged and declared to be a of the States of America.\nWhereupon and he is it is Ordered by the said\nthe Court that\nIn open Court:\nFiled and Entered March 20, A.
