Affidavits of Witnesses in Support of the Foregoing Retition. mares Bennie and Ramon Deampo witnestes himself, upon behalf and of not the one afore-named for the applicant being first duly sworn, each for other, deposes I'am a citizen of the United States of America, and am well acquainted with ygnacis Valenguela the applicant fore-named; that said applicant has resided within the his application hereinbefore set forth. That during the last three years of his minority, said applicant resided within the United United States continuously for at least five years last past, and has resided within the State of California for the year preceding That during all the time of my acquaintance with said applicant, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached States, and that for the two years last past it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. D. 1906, being a session day of said Court, yguaciolaterguels , an alien, a native of. the mexico and late a subject of the Refunblic of mexico said Court to be admitted a Citízen of the United States of America, pursuant to the Acts of Congress in relation thereto. And the Lappeared in said Court and applied to said yguacis Valenzuela having then and there exhibited to the bourt a certified why of his declaration of intention to because a citizen of the United States of america made in the Superior bourt of the bounty 1898, of SauDDiego, State of balifornia on the 22nd day of September, a D. marco Bennis and having proven to the satisfaction of the Court by the oaths of his witnesses, citizens of the United States of America, his residence within the United States for the last five years, and his residence within and Ramou Deampio the State of California for the last year, and that during all said time he has behaved as a man of good noral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And it further appearing to the Court from the affidavit of said applicant, and the affidavits of said witnesses (all of which is affidavits are on who file and disbelieves of record in this Court), that the said ygnacio Valuenjula not a person in or who is opposed to all organized governueut; that he is not a hrember of, or affiliated with any organization entertaining, or teaching disbelief in, or opposition to all organized government; that he does not advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States, or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character; and that he has not violated any of the provisious of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1903, entitled An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States." is entitled to a Citizen of the United States; and he having on oath the /declared, before said Court that he will And it be appearing made to the Court from the evidence adduced, that the said yguacis Valenguela the Constitution of the United States of America, and that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance support and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and particularly to the Refunlic of Mexico be admitted, hereby adjudged and declared to be a of the States of America.
