I was born on the 10 day of February anno Domini 1 881 at Connete di Bari Italy\nFifth. I emigrated to the United States from\nanno Domini 1 906 and arrived the port of New york\nNaples Italy\nat\n4th\nin the United States, on the vessel*\non or about the 2/st maltk day of august\nSixth. I am not a disbeliever in or opposed to organized government or a member of or affliated with any organization or body of persons teaching disbelief in organized\nto\ngovernment. I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy. I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my intention to\nbecome a eitizen of the United States and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to\npermanently the States.\nVictor in United Emmanuel THE, King of Italy\nof which at this time I am a subject, and it is myintention to reside\nNinth.
