I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my atention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and juage articularly to george I, King of great Britain and Ireland of whom at this time I am a subject, and it is my intention reside permanently in the United States.
