I was born on the IN day of august\nanno Domini 1879\nat Vienna Austria\nFourth. I emigrated to the United States from\nLiverpool, England\non or about the\n3rd December\nday of\nanno Domini 905 United the newyork\n1. and arrived in the States, at port of\n,\non the 14th day of December\nanno Domini 1905 on the vessel\n\"Majestic\n(If the allen arrived otherwise than veasel, the Character of convoyance or name of Aransportation company should be given.)\nFifth. I declared my intention to become a eitizen of the United States on the 31st\nday of December\nanno Domini 1909\nat\nSan Diego, California\n,\nin the Superior\nCourt of\nSan Diego county\nSixth.\nI\nam not married. I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy.
