Canada on or about the 10th * day October of anno Domini 905 and arrived in the United States, at the port of Seattle on the 13th day of October anno Domini 1905 on the vessel "Rose" (ifthe allen arrived Otherwiso than veagel, the Character of conveyance or name of transportation company should be given.) I declared my intention to become a eitizen of the United States on the 21st day of march anno Domini 1911 at Losangles California in the Superior Court of Losangeles County in San Francisco, California and now resides at 2548 Gah, Diego (Give number, California city or town, and State.)
