I was born on the 12th day of October\nanno Domini 1 883\nat Candiff Wales\nFourth. I emigrated to the United States from Vancouver, B.C. Canada\non or about the 10th\n*\nday October\nof\nanno Domini 905 and arrived in the United States, at the port of Seattle\non the 13th\nday of October\nanno Domini 1905 on the vessel \"Rose\"\n(ifthe allen arrived Otherwiso than veagel, the Character of conveyance or name of transportation company should be given.)\nFifth. I declared my intention to become a eitizen of the United States on the\n21st\nday of\nmarch\nanno Domini 1911\nat\nLosangles California\nin the\nSuperior\nCourt of Losangeles County\nin San Francisco, California and now resides at 2548 Gah, Diego (Give number, California city or town, and State.)\nSixth.
