do declare on oath, that it is bona fide my intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to all and any
foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatsoever; and particularly to
