I emigrated to the United States from magara Falls Ontario banada - on or about the\nat Halifax Yorkshire England\n26th\nday of march\nanno Domini 1906 and arrived in the United States, at the port of magara Falls n.y. on\nthe\n26th\nanno Domini 1. 90.6 on the vessel\nday of march\nRailway\nFifth. I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my\nintention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and\nparticularly\nto George V.
